David Peters

Founder and Chairman

David founded The Value Xchange in 2016 to provide clients with impartial marketing advice to help them exceed their business objectives. He has extensive experience consulting for brands, including Vauxhall, British Gas, Mondelez and Movember.

He was a director of the European Sponsorship Association and in 2014 he was recognised with an award for his Outstanding Contribution at the UK Sponsorship Awards.

Outside of work his passions are golf, wine and supporting the mighty Tottenham Hotspur.

Jamie Wilson

Managing Partner

Jamie has broad experience in all aspects of business strategy, corporate development, marketing, licensing, multi-platform syndication and media sales. For over 25 years he has worked with large media owners and, more recently, in a global role as EVP of Media EMEA for Perform, a leading digital sports content and media group.

His experience includes brokering global publisher and content partnerships, and exclusive sales representation deals with global rights holders.

Outside of work he enjoys watching all the sport he used to play and now just cycles with his ‘Mamil’ friends, plays golf and the occasional game of cricket for the MCC.

Commercial Director

Tara is a Partnership Specialist, bringing nearly two decades of experience in building and delivering brand partnerships for household names such as Santander, Netflix, Zipcar, IKEA, and UKTV.

Tara is passionate about partnerships, having launched the UK’s first ever Partnership Panel and hosted the first ever Partnership Marketing Conference.

Passionate about fitness, Tara is a qualified Personal Trainer and relishes in the world of functional fitness.

Partnerships Manager

Oliver has an extensive sports background with previous roles at Footprint Sports & Entertainment and Herbalife Nutrition.

With a degree in Sports Management, he held several roles during his time at university including VP of Enactus Cardiff Met, School of Sport and Health Sciences Representative, Sport Cardiff Sport Development Officer and recipient of the Dean’s Award.

He is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching or playing most sports including football, tennis and baseball, supporting the San Diego Padres. Outside of sport you will find him at the gym or in the ceramics studio.

Jake supports rights owners and brands to navigate the dynamic world of sponsorships. With a keen eye for commercial opportunities, he ensures that clients unlock maximum value from their partnerships.

Before moving into the sports and entertainment sector, Jake built a strong foundation in the professional services industry as a headhunter. His transition into sponsorships was driven by a passion for the intersection of sports, media, and brand partnerships.

Outside of work, Jake is a lifelong Arsenal fan and a dedicated F1 supporter. When he’s not analysing the latest sponsorship trends, you’ll likely find him exploring new restaurants or attending music gigs.
